His approach towards patient care emphasizes a total and multidisciplinary approach looking to employ all possible non-operative interventions outside of surgery prior to recommending invasive treatment. Surgically, Dr. Pham’s interests involve the utilization of minimally invasive surgical approaches and motion-sparing techniques and technologies that optimize patient outcomes while minimizing pain.

In his free time he enjoys playing and watching soccer, playing piano and guitar, skiing, going to concerts and being outdoors.
